May 2022
Thanks to our new resident David Rodriguez and long time residents Susan Walker and Victoria Anwuri for volunteering to assume the trustee role. We are grateful for their time and preventing our subdivision from being taken over by St Louis County!
April 2022
URGENT---WE ARE IN NEED OF TRUSTEES!!!!!
BOTH TRUSTEES HAVE RESIGNED AND WE ARE IN A CRITICAL SITUATION OF OUR HOA BEING DISSOLVED.
OUR SUBDIVISION WILL BE GOING INTO RECEIVERSHIP WITH A LAWSUIT BEING FILED AGAINST IT. THIS IS GOING TO BE VERY COSTLY TO EACH HOMEOWNER AS THERE WILL BE A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY HIRED THROUGH ST LOUIS COUNTY TO HANDLE OUR EXPENSES.
We addressed this in the Newsletter you received with your annual assessment billing from City & Village Tax in early February. No one has volunteered to step up and assume the Trustee duties. We are waiting on information from St Louis County Planning on the future of our subdivision. City & Village is not allowed to pay our expenses without an active Trustee.
If there are no trustees, Ameren will not get paid to light our streets and no grass will be cut in our common ground areas. There will be no cleanup/mulch at our entry, cul de sacs, or dead trees removed.
Please consider donating a little of your time to help maintain the value and appearance of our subdivision. This affects every homeowner and could have a negative impact on our property values.
If you are interested in becoming a Trustee, please contact us via the website.
December 2021
Since we no longer have leaf pickup, please bag your leaves and discard them appropriately.
November 2021
We changed insurance provider for our general liability and directors/trustees. This saved us $1250.00 a year!
September 2021
Mailed letter to all homeowners regarding proposal for amendment to indentures which would prohibit rental properties in Treetop Village. Please return the Opinion Survey to one of the trustees if you are in favor or not.
March 2021
We had our three cul de sacs plus the main entry cleaned up by having leaves removed and dead ornamental grass cut down. New mulch was spread in those areas and two new boxwoods were planted at the east side of main entry.
February 2021
We did not receive any questions or objections to the prosed budget for 2021 so it was approved.
January 2021
Hello neighbors! We hope you are well and staying healthy in the new year. Since we are unable to have our annual meeting and share our expenses for 2020 and proposed budget for 2021, we included those documents along with a newsletter in the annual Assessment bill from City & Village that you should have received. Please review the documents and contact the trustees with any questions or concerns. We will consider the budget approved if we do not receive any objections by February 28. These documents have also been added to the Downloads tab.
December 2020
Due to Covid19, we will not be having our annual subdivision meeting in early February. We will be providing our budget and expenses information along with a newsletter in January.

Please make sure the children riding bikes through the neighborhood are staying out of resident's driveways and off of their lawns. Some residents have sprinkler systems in their yards that have sprinkler heads that could be damaged from a bicycle rolling over them. It will be costly to the parents to replace if they are broken. .The children also need to be aware and watch out for cars entering and exiting the subdivision via the side streets. It is our understanding, there has been a couple of very close calls involving children on bikes and automobiles. We would encourage the children to ride their bikes on sidewalks for their safety.
May 2020
In mid May the two trustees cleaned up the front entrance and removed yard waste.
With help from a neighbor, Javier, he planted beautiful flowers and we put out several small American flags in honor of Memorial Day weekend.
March 2020
We hired a new Lawn Company for grass cutting which will save us about $1000 per year.
We eliminated the PO Box due to lack of use. This will save us $106.00 per year.
February 2020
Annual meeting was held at West St Louis County Police Precinct on 2/3/20. Actual expenses for 2019 were reviewed and Proposed Budget for 2020 was approved. There will not be leaf pickup in the fall due to budget constraints. You may contact Waste Connections for yard waste fees. There was discussion regarding the website and if there was value to continue using it. If it is eliminated, we would need to have an alternate method for residents to communicate with the trustees. Two trustees have resigned but one has agreed to assist new trustee. Thanks to them for their time and dedication!
On 2/15/20 we had to have 4 downed trees removed from the retention basin on Big Bend along with general brush removal and cleanup. Cost was $850.00

1) There is no subdivision leaf pickup this year, just has it been it the last years. This is due to escalating costs. You can contact Meridian Waste Solutions (our trash service) to get a weekly yard waste pickup service, if cost is an issue, you can split the cost of the service with a neighbor. There are also a number of commercial services available that will collect leaves and/or remove them.
2) In surrounding neighborhoods, there have been incidents where unlocked cars have been entered late at night and valuables have been removed. Please be sure to lock your car if parked outside and also remove any valuables that may be visible to these individuals that are looking for opportunities.

Updated website
October 2017
There will be no subdivision fall leaf pick up this year, due to escalating costs. There has been no pick up for the past several years because of increasing costs. The Trustees suggest that each homeowner, if they have not already, arrange to have a weekly yard waste pickup through Meridian Waste Solutions, who provides the trash collection. They can be reached at 314-291-3131. You will have to sign up for a 3 month span but will have weekly service at $9.45 per month. If the cost is an issue, you can consider doubling up with a neighbor to halve the cost.
March & April 2017

Also thanks to the 2 Parkway South students and one father that helped.
2) Starting April 3, St. Louis County has a new recycling, yard waste and trash authorized hauler, Meridian Waste Solutions. Tuesday is now the day for recycling and yard waste pick up and Wednesday is the trash pick up day
