Frequently Asked Questions
- Street Lights are owned and maintained by Ameren Missouri. Any resident can report a street light issue (outage, damage or malfunction) by contacting Ameren at 800-552-7583. Their website is ameren.com/missouri, go to customer service center tab, go to “contact us” and select “report street light issue”.
- Parkway trees are the property of St. Louis County. If a parkway tree is in need of trimming or possible removal, each individual homeowner whose property the tree is in front of must contact St. Louis County Streets & Highways at 314-615-8538
- Dogs and Cats that are running free. It is a St. Louis County Law that all dogs and cats, when not on their owners property must be kept on a leash. To report a free running dog or roaming cat, call St. Louis County Animal Control Services 314-615-0650.
- Problem properties, if a residence is not properly maintained, has illegally parked or non registered vehicles, has consistent offensive odors or other issues, contact St. Louis County Police Communications Center at 636-529-8210. The Communications Center who will notify the officer in charge of Problem Properties. The property may be in violation of County ordinances.
- Noise violations or parking on streets that restricts through traffic, contact West St. Louis County Police at 314-615-0700.
- Unwanted door to door solicitors - The Trustees suggest posting a "no solicitors" sign by your front door. If the solicitor does not get the message, get his name and/or the company name and report them to the County Police.
- Grass growing in seams and cracks in sidewalks and driveways, cutting the growth back with a weed eater and then following up with a weed killer will make the appearance of your property and that of the entire subdivision have more curb appeal.
- Trash & Recycling Containers - Per St Louis County Health Ordinance, they must be stored behind the front line of your garage.

- While it is not required, we strongly recommend getting a staked survey done prior to any improvements or construction. You could face costly expenses to move or dismantle anything of yours that is on your neighbor's property. It is required you seek approval from the subdivision trustees prior to any home improvement projects to ensure it is allowed per our Indentures which can be found on the Downloads page. Depending on your project, you may also need to obtain a building permit from St Louis County.
